Marlon has extensive experience in the building industry with 14 years experience of interior fit out

and finishes and project management with an additional 6 years experience in construction

management. He began his career as an apprentice shopfitter where after he pursued a career in

project management and procurement.

During his career he travelled and work throughout South Africa and Africa project managing interior

finishes including the Sheikhs palace in Abu Dhabi and the Kigali Inter Continental hotel in Ruanda.

Locally he successfully project managed and fitted out corporate offices and retail stores.

In construction he worked for a large property development company in Johannesburg where he

successfully managed building, construction and finishes until Marlon Grant Projects was born.
